The Account Manager will play an integral role in recommending and implementing strategies and tactics to meet client goals. Candidate will work with Sales on assigned accounts, and internal teams to deliver best in class service and campaigns.  Account Managers:

  • Own overall relationship with assigned clients, which includes increasing utilization, ensuring retention, and satisfaction with Medicx Health campaigns
  • Educate clients about digital media trends, media analytics, and ad-serving strategies to make strategic campaign recommendations
  • Position Medicx Health solutions to meet objectives while simultaneously solving specific problems
  • Direct the implementation, quality assurance, and delivery of insightful results for media campaigns


Your essential functions will include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Establish a trusted relationships with each assigned client and drive continued value of Medicx Health products and services
  • Use knowledge of Medicx Health solutions to make campaign recommendations, including segment design, channel selection and incremental investment
  • Identify opportunities and pathways for client success and satisfaction, monitor campaign delivery and performance against client objectives to ensure success
  • Collaborate with Client Partners (CPs) and internal teams to deliver campaigns that drive results, incremental revenue, and client retention


  • Bachelor’s degree
  • A minimum of 3+ years of experience in Account Management / Media / Customer Success in digital or online advertising
  • Ability to take ownership, accountability, and act on client goals and objectives
  • Solid organizational, project management and troubleshooting skills
  • Strong interpersonal and selling skills
  • Flexible, team-oriented collaborator
  • Experience in the fundamentals of programmatic media execution
  • High level of professionalism and integrity (humble, hungry, and people smart)
