The Campaign Analytics Account Manager (AM) will play an integral role in recommending and implementing strategies for meeting client goals. You will be responsible for:

  • Educating clients about all of our products
  • Implementation, quality assurance, and delivery of insightful results for media campaigns and analytic projects; and
  • Ensuring that solutions meet objectives while simultaneously solving specific problems.
  • Tracking and implementing optimizations for strategic campaigns, particularly those with offline performance metrics that link media impressions to real-world medical and prescription data.

Candidate will account manage analytic projects and select strategic accounts, while monitoring all campaigns with offline measurement.


Your essential functions will include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Developing, managing, and nurturing client partnerships for media and analytics engagements
  • Within Medicx, representing the voice of client in terms for owned accounts, analytics projects, and accounts with offline performance measurement
  • Monitoring performance and delivery against client objectives while seeking out additional KPIs and trends
  • Using data, trends, market insights, and logic to develop valuable, customized and strategic campaign optimization recommendations
  • Teaming with other AMs, client partners (CPs), and analytics product teams to lead account business reviews and goal-setting sessions
  • Working cross-functionally within Medicx Health to implement plans to achieve client and company goals
  • Identifying opportunities and pathways for client success and satisfaction
  • Reviewing RFPs and IOs to monitor and track campaigns with offline measurement
  • Coordinating with Account Managers and Client Partners to determine offline client KPIs and their definitions, while also considering online KPIs.
  • Continuously monitoring campaigns (i) with offline performance metrics based on the reporting frequency and measurement vendor and/or (ii) of high importance to Medicx with clear KPIs
  • Scheduling internal performance reviews with relevant groups (e.g., data, digital strategy, AMs, CPs) as necessary to track performance and drive performance through optimization, leading to maximized incremental buys and renewal contracts
  • Documenting and communicating agreed upon optimizations to AMs, Data, Digital Strategy, and CPs
  • Working with manager to craft internal and external communications regarding results, integrating both online and offline metrics into insights and recommendations
  • Working with product team and/or finance to understand internal economics to drive decision-making


  • Bachelor’s degree
  • A minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in Client Services / Account Management / Media / Media Analytics in digital or online advertising
  • Client management experience (internal and external) preferred, including proven ability to handle multiple deliverables on tight deadlines
  • Demonstrable ability to take ownership and accountability, and act on client goals and objectives in an analytical and technical environment
  • Troubleshooting skills, with creative ability to overcome challenges and solve problems
  • Comfort with ‘test and learn’ approach for best practice sharing
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and project management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Flexible, team-oriented collaborator
  • Pharmaceutical/OTC category history or experience in audience-based selling of digital media is ideal
  • Outgoing and adept at creating professional relationships
  • Strong understanding of fundamentals of online advertising processes and technology
  • Strong ability to coordinate/collaborate with internal groups
  • High level of professionalism and integrity
