This position is responsible for supporting our Operations, Analytics, Sales, Media Fulfillment and Product Strategy teams via application development and automation, combined with data analytics. You will work directly with other analysts, operations, sales support services and programmatic trading teams. Some of the essential responsibilities include the following:

  • Work with technical leads, business analysts, product owners, developers, functional testers, etc. to design and develop automation solutions
  • Participate in agile development and deliver on your commitments
  • Create and improve data workflows, crosswalks and outputs using automation and data analytic tools to ensure efficiency and accuracy in meeting project specifications and deliverables
  • Develop API, micro-services, web, and mobile applications
  • Deliver and analyze relevant data to help evaluate addressable media strategy to support client opportunities and campaign implementation and optimization
  • Support RFP team by providing timely outputs and insights for RFP deliverables by utilizing data audience builds to forecast, price, and package proposals, using knowledge of medical diagnosis codes, procedure codes, and drug NDC Codes
  • Onboard vendor data, run quality controls, validation processes and load to data warehouse
  • Use Medicx tools and cloud-based solutions in daily workflow and processing that includes SQL, PL/PGSQL, PostgresSQL, TIBCO WebFocus, Excel and Datorama, and AWS applications, systems, and servers


  • High level of professionalism and integrity
  • Understanding of Middleware related principles and practices.
  • Proficient in REST API, Micro services, Web services and API integration
  • Ability to identify, interpret and evaluate business requirements and translate to reporting outputs
  • Attention to detail and high level of understanding of how to produce accurate and meaningful metrics to deliver high quality, actionable, efficient, and interactive insights to drive business and performance KPIs
  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
  • 1+ years of development experience in agile development methodology
  • Ability to work independently and with a team of in an agile environment
  • Strong design, testing and debugging skills are a must.
  • Experience working with healthcare industry data and medical claims data preferred
  • Software Skills: Java, CSS, Microsoft Office including Excel (Pivots, Macros, Conditional Statements) Access, Power Point; Postgres Database, SQL, PL/pgSQL, TIBCO WebFocus, API, Micro Services, HTML
