This position is responsible for supporting our Sales, Media Fulfillment and Product Strategy teams by providing data analytics, reporting and media fulfillment strategy. You will work directly with other analysts, operations, sales support services and our programmatic trading teams. Some of the essential responsibilities include the following:

  • Support RFP team by providing timely outputs and insights for RFP deliverables by utilizing data audience builds to forecast, price, and package proposals, using knowledge of medical diagnosis codes, procedure codes, and drug NDC Codes
  • Learn, understand, and apply Medicx pricing structures and methodologies across multiple product lines
  • Provide consistent, high-quality support for business file documentation that requires high attention to detail, including but not limited to tracking deliverables within CRM, reporting on deliverable volume, and departmental naming conventions
  • Provide accurate, timely and informative outputs and insights to Sales and Product teams as required
  • Deliver and analyze relevant data to help evaluate addressable media strategy to support client opportunities and campaign implementation and optimization
  • Provide analysis on key business drivers and metrics – understand how data analytics can solve business problems and provide opportunities for process improvement
  • Develop audience composition and strategy for RFP and Audience Build requests
  • Develop audience composition analysis for Performance Analytics
  • Provide statistical solutions daily to support clients, sales, and operations
  • Create and improve data workflows, crosswalks and outputs using data analytic tools to ensure efficiency and accuracy in meeting project specifications and deliverables
  • Onboard vendor data, run quality controls, validation processes and load to data warehouse
  • Perform data modeling functions to identify insights
  • Use Medicx tools and cloud-based solutions in daily workflow and processing that includes SQL, PL/PGSQL, PostgresSQL, IBI WebFocus, Tableau, Excel and Datorama, AWS applications, systems, and servers
  • Strive to meet client expectations for every campaign, providing the highest level of customer service, campaign performance to goals and gaining repeat business


  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree
  • Experience: 2-5 years minimum experience
  • Knowledge of the healthcare industry and medical claims data preferred
  • Knowledge of sales, marketing and operational workflows preferred
  • Attention to detail and high level of understanding of how to produce accurate and meaningful metrics to deliver high quality, actionable, efficient, and interactive insights to drive business and performance KPIs
  • Proven analytical skills
  • High level of professionalism and integrity
  • Knowledge of CRM systems preferred (NetSuite)
  • Software Skills: Microsoft Office including Excel (Pivots, Macros, Conditional Statements) Access, Power Point; Postgres Database SQL, PL/pgSQL, IBI WebFocus, Datorama and Amazon Athena Tableau
