Medicx is looking for an exceptional individual for the pivotal role of inside sales associate which is the bridge between sales and marketing to support ongoing alignment in pipeline development. POSITION SUMMARY
This is a commission-based and critical role that will be responsible for generating and nurturing qualified sales pipeline, assisting in reporting on pipeline progression, and enforcing CRM data entry best practices. You’ll be working with a first-class tech stack including HubSpot, Sales Hub, ZoomInfo, HubSpot Chat, and Sales Navigator to execute on organizational and individual goals. This role reports to the Director of Marketing where you’ll partner with marketing and the SVP of sales to make recommendations for maximizing and better understanding our sales funnel. ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Your essential functions will include, but are not limited to the following:
- Partnering with Head of Media Sales and the Marketing Team to build a TOFU/MOFU pipeline for Medicx’ solutions
- Leverage available resources including existing total addressable market, market segments, ZoomInfo and LinkedIn to prospect and conduct consistent outreach
- Prospecting, developing leads, and identifying new opportunities by conducting outreach, lead nurturing, and pitching
QUALIFICATIONS
- 3-5 years’ experience in a sales or sales related role
- Self-starter, analytical and detail oriented,and performance driven
- Experience with HubSpot and CRMs preferred
- Strong communicator
- Bachelors or Associates degree highly preferred or commensurate experience
- Ability to build out drip sequences in marketing automation software a very strong plus
ADDITIONAL PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS (KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES)
- Experience in healthcare including pharma marketing and health data analytics
- Understanding of use case application of health data in pharma commercialization
