As a Product/Program Manager, you will be dedicated to improving the experience and execution of MAA both internally and with external clients. MAA is a Media Audience product licensed to clients. Medicx proprietary Micro-Neighborhood® Platform generates custom segments and delivers to client platforms for use in the execution and management of their media campaigns.

This role will own all aspects of program operations including Program and Partner support through execution of daily tasks, systems roadmaps and implementation, reporting, budget management, escalations, and vendor management. You will partner internally across teams (Finance, Sales, Operations, etc) to improve the efficiency of MAA in support of driving ownership and advocacy for Medicx.


As the Product/Program Manager, you’ll be responsible for:

  • Defining program operations strategy that is fully standardized across all clients to support the execution of the MAA program
  • Executing detailed project plans to support the management of MAA program launch and daily operations, tests, pilots and projects
  • Using industry standards for process mapping and needs analysis to establish and detail program system and process requirements in partnership with cross functional team
  • Identifying continued areas of improvement and optimization needed to increase scale, automate workflows, reduce manual efforts and improve efficiencies
  • Owning the creation and maintenance of Program processes as they relate to external partners
  • Identifying and implementing optimizations and efficiencies at scale and partner with teams to identify solutions
  • Managing critical business activities such as audience access and delivery, pricing execution and validation, vendor management, dashboard accuracy and publication, billing validation, etc
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to influence operational execution and deliver program solutions
  • Owning and managing the strategic initiatives roadmap and reporting
  • Partnering with cross functional team to define the scope and feature prioritization for systems and reporting supporting the MAA Program
  • Partnering to deliver analytics and customized/automated reporting on program goals, objectives, and efficiencies
  • Maintaining close contact with internal stakeholders and clients throughout all phases of projects (solicits feedback, validates requirements, obtains approvals, achieve consensus on implementation plans)
  • Preparing and participating in quarterly business review meetings
  • Creating executive level communications while being in the details of all aspects of the programs. Maintain strong partnerships with Sales, Finance and Business Operations teams
  • Managing vendor relationships and activities including budgets


  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience Master’s degree preferred
  • Minimum of 3+ years of experience in an Operations focused role; Channel, Agency, and/or Media experience preferred
  • Demonstrated success in process design and implementation
  • Proven project management and organizational skills including ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Budget management experience
  • Comfort working with large amounts of sophisticated data sets and ability to multi-task
  • Strong excel skills and BI visualization tool experience
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong sense of teamwork, collaboration, and the ability to work effectively with other teams
  • Ability to effectively influence without authority, drive consensus, and take others on the journey
  • Passion for the customer experience, self-motivation, and the ability to operate with a great sense of urgency, under limited direction and extremely tight timelines
  • Ability to drive progress under immense degree of ambiguity and be comfortable working in an unstructured environment
  • The ability to see the big picture while deeply understanding the details. Expertise in making the sophisticated simple; both in verbal communications and in developing and designing processes
