POSITION SUMMARY

We are currently seeking an experienced Product Manager who can learn, prototype, build, measure, and refine the next generation of our buy-side advertising products and services in a lean/agile development environment. You should have the skills to use market intelligence, client feedback, and data to generate or enhance Medicx audience and media targeting products and services for our Clients. Your focus includes the capture of insights and making sound determinations to build actionable and measurable features that support client strategies and objectives. You will lead the development of our next generation Micro-Neighborhood® Platform products that deliver efficiency, effectiveness, and competitive advantage for both Medicx and our Clients.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

As the Product Manager, you’ll be responsible for all aspects of product management for our Micro-Neighborhood® Platform products including:

  • Creating and maintaining product roadmap
  • Writing business requirements
  • Working with our business and data science teams to evolve our technical execution
  • Working closely with our support and safe-haven partners
  • Acting as a subject-matter expert in the use of data and audience (Consumer and Healthcare Professional) targeting when working with sales, marketers, agencies, partners
  • Developing and owning the roadmap, documentation and all product project timelines including new data or database changes, product improvements, and development roadmap
  • Working with relevant platforms and data partners and the activation supply chain while working closely with operations teams to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and performance
  • Working closely with internal data, operations, and finance teams to develop the next generation of our Micro-Neighborhood® offerings, product pricing and sales support

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS (KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES)

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 3+ years of experience working as a Product Manager on data products that enable audience development in support of media targeting
  • Experience working with data science and analytics teams including creating requirements for data modeling
  • Experience with and a deep understanding of data sets including consumer databases, healthcare data sets, cookie-less targeting and identity resolution, including how data is used within digital media for planning, targeting, and measurement in support of Pharma Advertisers
  • Experience with the ad tech ecosystem, especially working with DSPs, SSPs, and DMPs to enable audience activation
  • Healthcare experience highly preferred
  • Expert-level understanding of online and offline data and the ability to talk about data to constituents across a broad spectrum of familiarity with media and targeting data
  • Ability to contribute to privacy and compliance conversations with business and technical stakeholders
  • Familiarity and knowledge of the media and ad tech ecosystems and industry groups: IAB, NAI, DAA
  • Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority
