Ira Haimowitz, PhD

Senior Vice President, Analytics Services and Insights

Ira Haimowitz is the Senior Vice President, Analytics Services and Insights at Medicx, with responsibility for development and delivery of innovative data-driven measurement and market analytics solutions. Ira brings over 20 years of product leadership and consulting expertise across companies and industries.

Most recently, Ira led North American Global Intelligence at PR firm Weber Shandwick. Ira previously led Product Management groups at Crossix Solutions and Information Resources (IRI), where he oversaw audience segment modeling, media planning, and campaign evaluation, including the leading measurement products Crossix DIFA and IRI Lift. Ira has also driven deployment and measurement of healthcare relationship marketing programs at communications agencies Wunderman and Cement Bloc.

Additionally, Ira spent 13 years leading analytics teams at manufacturers Pfizer, Organon (now Merck), and GE Research. His groups have addressed sales force targeting, marketing insights, and media performance optimization. Within this time, Ira served on the board and as President of the Pharmaceutical Management Science Association (PMSA).

Ira received his Ph.D. in Computer Science, and a Bachelor’s in Mathematics, from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. He also has a Master’s Degree in Computer Speech and Language Processing from Cambridge University.
